Our policy for returned product is determined based on the reason for the return: Unwanted Product Returns and Claims for Damaged Products.

Unwanted Product Returns

At ThriftyScrapper.com, we want you to be completely happy with your product. For new products purchased, you may return most un-opened, un-used, non-clearanced product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a customer credit or refund. All sales of products labeled used, refurbished or clearance are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for these products. Please remember to carefully pack the product(s) you are returning in order to avoid damage in transit. To submit an Unwanted Product Return, please fill out the return form on our website, select "Unwanted Product" as the reason for return and provide any details related to your return in the box below. Returns of unwanted product may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Claims for Damaged Products

ThriftyScrapper.com guarantees that our products (new and used) arrive intact and in proper working order. If you have any goods (new or used) that have arrived in a damaged state, you must inform us within 15 days of arrival via our return form on our website.  Please keep damaged shipping box in case we need to file a USPS or FedEx claim. We may ask for pictures of damaged items (and shipping boxes) to forward to the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier. In most cases, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that an equivalent product is in stock to ship as a replacement item. For this reason, approved returns of damaged product will typically result in a refund or credit back to you. We may elect, at our discretion, to provide you the option of receiving an equivalent product if we have one available in stock.

If you receive an item in damaged condition, please save all packaging and contact Customer Support immediately via our return form on our website.

Shipping Charges

If the product is returned as an unwanted item, we require that the customer pay the return shipping costs. In the case of approved damaged product returns, ThriftyScrapper.com will pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds, Credits and Exchanges

ThriftyScrapper.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to refuse or reduce credit for returned items that are opened or otherwise deemed un-returnable in accordance with the policies listed above. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit.  If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please include this request with your return.  If you paid for your order via PayPal┬« and would like a refund to your PayPal┬« account, please let us know.  Returns are processed within 7 business days once it arrives in our warehouse. All returns of unwanted items must be received by ThriftyScrapper.com in the same condition as when the items left our warehouse in order to qualify for a full refund.  Because our product stock are constantly changing and we cannot guarantee stock quantities of any item, we do not offer a product exchange program on any returns.  Please place a new order for any newly desired items.

Gift Item Returns

If you receive an order from ThriftyScrapper.com as a gift, and do not want it, you may easily return it to us per our return policy above.  The credit or refund will be issued to the purchaser. Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates for ThriftyScrapper.com are not a returnable product.
